Ongoing Property Management & Maintenance
- Act as the tenant's primary contact for all payments, maintenance requests, and any other issues that may arise. The landlord's identity remains confidential.
- Tenants have the ability to pay online and the landlord's monthly deposit can be transfered automatically to their bank account.
- We provide a variety of methods to handle maintenance and repairs as per the owners wishes. Everything from the do-it-yourselfer to the totally hands off owner can be catered too. We do not require you to use our recommended contractors.
