Property Analysis
  1. Atlanta Rental ManagersThe first step is to fill out our short application to find out estimated rental rates as well as program eligibility. Property must have leasing authorization from HOA if applicable.
  2. We will do a free market analysis of the property in order to determine the estimated rental rate and expected time on market. Our average time on market is around 3 weeks.
  3. We will then get back to you (usually the same day) with a program proposal for the property.
  4. If you decide to use our services we will move into the signup and marketing phase..

Screening the Applicant
  1. Tenant screening is as much art as it is science, after years of property management and screening thousands of applicants we have developed a system that produces the highest quality tenants for your property.
  2. This is not an automated system with only standard background checks, we personally speak to former landlords, employers, and all other relevant parties to determine the quality of the prospective tenant.
  3. If the tenant is approved we negotiate and draw up the terms of the lease, as well as retain a thorough move-in inspection.

  1. Online accounts are created for both tenants and landlord, you can login and handle your account at any time through our website.
