Ongoing Property Management & Maintenance

1. Act as the tenant's primary contact for all payments, maintenance requests, and any other issues that may arise. The landlord's identity remains confidential.
2. Tenants have the ability to pay online and the landlord's monthly deposit can be transfered automatically to their bank account.
3. We provide a variety of methods to handle maintenance and repairs as per the owners wishes. Everything from the do-it-yourselfer to the totally hands off owner can be catered too. We do not require you to use our recommended contractors.
